Return and Refund Policy
At XTRFRSH, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Damages and Issues
The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item is faulty.

Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Reporting: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xtrfrsh@gmail.com.

Evidence: To evaluate the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging in your email.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to our final sale policy, the following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

Custom products or personalized items.

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Sale items and gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, as required by law.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to damage or EU statutory rights, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
