Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at XTRFRSH. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

XTRFRSH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

As stated in our Return Policy, please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at xtrfrsh@gmail.com with photos of the damaged goods and the packaging so we can file a claim and assist you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

XTRFRSH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
